Although Color chips provide much more accurate on-site color approximations that photos on a computer screen, they are still APPROXIMATIONS. We cannot guarantee that the actual piece ordered will exactly match the color chip. We will not be responsible for covering shipping costs either direction in the event that you are not happy with an actual received color.

Available Colors

There is a nominal charge for color chips. We will ship the color chips that we have available; you may not receive every color you requested but would be refunded for any not received. Although color chips will give you a much better idea about how a piece will look than a picture on the web site, colors vary from batch to batch and the final piece can vary somewhat from a color chip. Some colors simply look different in a larger piece or will vary depending upon the adjacent tile. There are no color shade match guarantees. Please contact us if you are attempting to expedite an order.

Note:

• Matte finishes are similar to many of the glossy colors but without the gloss. Matte is still smooth and has a slight sheen.
• Tile white is base white; ice white is a bit brighter, while bone / almond has a slight yellow tint
